Yo! We got them tour leftovers of the Losing End demo tapes. This tour version is limited to 50, so you know it won't be around for long. Hit me up if you need one! You gotta keep that Losing end collection complete you know...😊
Totally stoked that DXG 002 will be the new EP from Lion City hardcore legends @user!😱 Honoured and grateful for having the opportunity to put this out on my small label. Watch this space for updates! Walk The Talk EP will be out on limited cassette this month!😊
DxG came in 3rd overall on Advance Warfare... what a great accomplishment! Now that AW is pretty much over with, we aim for on Black Ops 3!!!!
If you've learnt enough about fat loss you'll know how damaging chronic stress can be. Chronic stress will play havoc with your hormones, inhibit fat loss, and many people use food as a coping mechanism for stress. Try this relaxation technique on a daily basis and notice the difference it makes in how you feel and react throughout the day. Schedule a time when you can do this for 10 minutes at least once, preferably twice every day. Switch off your phone and ensure you can remain undisturbed. Sit in a relaxed position. In your mind, describe 3 visual things you can see. For example: "I can see the coffee table in front of me." "I can see the lamp shade in the corner." "I can see the picture on the wall." Then 3 things you can hear: "I can hear the traffic outside." "I can hear the rain against the window." "I can hear the sound of my own breathing." Then 3 things you can physically feel: "I can feel my feet against the floor." "I can feel the cushion against my back." "I can feel my chest rising and falling as I breathe." Then: 2 things you can see 2 things you can hear 2 things you can feel Then: 1 thing you can see 1 thing you can hear 1 thing you can feel Go slowly and passively notice each thing you focus on. By this point you should already be feeling more still and relaxed. Now close your eyes and take yourself back to a relaxing experience you had in the past, for example sitting on a beach. Now do the same exercise in reverse for the remembered experience. For example: 1 thing you can see: "I can see the waves lapping the shore." 1 thing you can hear: "I can hear the wind rusting the leaves behind me." 1 thing you can feel: "I can feel the sun's rays against my skin." Then 2 for each, and then 3 for each. At this point you'll probably be feeling deeply relaxed. You can either sit and enjoy that state for longer, or take your time to open your eyes and get on with your day.
