No I didn't, I'm 100% natural thanks to my genetics and again, my plastic surgery is the *Gym and my photoshop is my *Diet. ☺️☺️☺️ (sarcastic me). 🍏 I believe in 100% diet and 100% exercise, I don't believe in half way terms. Some tips I usually tell ppl... Start slowly, don't rush thinking that you'll see results in 24hr 😔. If you really want to lose weight or be on a better shape just have patience .. Slow progress is better than no progress. 💋
