Normally use a basic spiral pad but thought is give this bad boy a whirl. So before I cover my new @user Gym Diary with my spider dipped in ink like penmanship I thought I'd take a pretty photo of it. Gonna have to get myself the XL version next me thinks. I've always found writing it out to be quite therapeutic. Helps my focus, helps me cement what I'm doing, helps me identify my weaknesses and can easily find and see what weight I started with last time and what weight I have to beat.
Following up on my previous post, nothing better than having some built up aggression on legs day. Took the training outside in the desert heat today.

Nice gym session today, maps are from my cycle to and from the gym. 3.89 mile cycle to the gym 5.53km treadmill run 16.10km stationary indoor cycle Various weight machines 1k rowing machine 50 sit ups 50 squats 25 push ups 25 tricep dips Finally... 7.04 mile cycle home
